The critics agree; the best show in town is at your house!

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – May 26, 2010 – When shopping around for a home, you will find all kinds of homes across the country and around the world.  Some are big, some are small and some are simply average.  When looking for ideas for a home theater, you will find the same thing.  It’s important to remember that a home theater means different things to different people, so someone else’s idea may not be the best solution for you and your family.

Box kit home theater systems may be appealing to some people for several different reasons.  Those with limited budgets or those who live in small apartments or those who have small spaces to work with will typically find that it makes no sense to invest in expensive electronic components that will rattle the walls or have the neighbors complaining.

Others may prefer a more sophisticated system that includes home automation technology and control.  These systems allow the family to easily manage all of the sub-systems in the home.  Imagine controlling everything at the touch of a button: lighting, sound, window treatments, temperature, communication, security cameras, music, entertainment, and so much more.

Still, there are those who have grand visions of a cinema-themed room with rich, dark colors on the walls and muted lighting effects, along with blacked out windows for the ultimate movie viewing experience.  What about including your very own specially designed gathering area, where you and your guests can relax before or after the show?  This area can include a home bar, comfortable chairs, a popcorn machine, and even vintage vending machines, for an authentic theater atmosphere.

At La Strada Furniture & Interiors, we don’t just offer solutions that put a home theater inside your house — we specialize in bringing the theater atmosphere into your home.  Our imaginative options in multi-room systems, full surround sound, home automation, remote lighting, and custom cabinetry, are sure to get you a standing ovation.

But don’t get too caught up in the details and remember that it only has to work for you and your own needs.  Whatever options you choose for your own home, you’ll be creating a wonderful home theater that is a great way to bring the entire family together on a regular basis!
